📝 About This Event
ATX Fusion hosts a monthly Fusion & Freestyle Social Dance on the 1st Sunday. It moved from Balance Dance Studios to Rhythm House ATX with the August 2 social. September 6 runs a guided practica with J. Colby at 7pm, then DJ Alyssa Kim at 8pm, DJ Ogarocious at 9pm and DJ J. Colby at 10pm. Fusion dancing is improvisational partner dance that draws from blues, tango, WCS, zouk, lindy hop and more, emphasising connection, musicality and creativity. Sliding scale pricing ($10-25) to keep it accessible; the price was last confirmed with the organizer in July and is not restated on the September flyer. Soft-soled dance shoes, socks, or bare feet only on the studio floor.
