The first Thursday of each month, Austin Swing Syndicate transforms The Fed into a blues dance haven. Blues lesson 8-9pm on the 2nd floor, then social blues dancing 9pm-midnight in the gorgeous Georgian Room. Blues dancing is all about connection and musical interpretation - slower and more intimate than swing. DJ'd music spans classic blues to contemporary.
