📝 About This Event
Sagebrush is South Austin's premier country dance destination. Friday nights feature live classic country, honky-tonk, and western swing bands with rotating lineups, usually three acts from 8pm. A two-step lesson sometimes opens the night — Double or Nothing taught the 7pm slot on September 4 — but unlike Tuesday through Thursday it is not a standing weekly fixture, so check the calendar if you are coming for the lesson. The spacious dance floor, quality sound, and consistently great bands make this a favorite for serious two-steppers. The outdoor area with fire pits is perfect for a break between songs.
