📝 About This Event
The Austin Lindy Exchange runs four days of social dancing to live bands, November 12-15, based in the Grand Ballroom of the Fed Mansion (Texas Federation of Women's Clubs). It is an exchange, not a workshop weekend: no classes, just dances. A four-day pass is $185; check the organizer for single-dance admission. Saturday starts with an afternoon dance at the Fed, 1-4:30pm with The Sahara Swingtet. The evening dance is Golden Hour Orchestra, 8:30pm to midnight, and the late night at Life in the City Church runs 12:30-3am with the Austin Django Project.

Last verified: 2026-10-24 · Source: austinlindyexchange.org/2025-schedule (heading ALX 2026, Nov 12-15, read in the browser 2026-09-30) + danceplace.com/book/it/16093 ($185 four-day pass, read 2026-09-30). Thursday also has explicit $15 member/$20 nonmember door admission; other single-dance prices are not published. Re-read 2026-10-24: https://www.austinlindyexchange.org/2025-schedule explicitly heads ALX 2026 November 12-15; all eight dated dance sessions, venues, bands and after-midnight dates still match. Thursday door admission $20/$15 members/free Sustaining Members or weekend pass remains explicit. Danceplace blocks this fetch, so earlier $185 whole-weekend pass evidence is retained rather than newly verified; no single-session price inferred. Re-read 2026-10-24 evening: danceplace.com/book/it/16093 lists the ALX 2026 four-day pass at $185, on sale until 2026-11-12 8pm.
